Ranchi: Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Ranchi arrested four men and a minor for allegedly stealing 42 metres of wires from a storage of the Ranchi railway division. The accused as Sahil Kachhap (21), Krishna Munda (21), Anuj Toppo (24), and Luv Munda (24), along with the 16-year-old minor, are residents of Chutia police station limits in the state capital.The accused entered the storage on Mar 15 and stole wires worth Rs 5,900. “As the incident came to light on Monday, RPF launched an investigation. The wires were recovered from an abandoned railway quarter in North Railway Colony on Tuesday. In the quarter, five men have been caught red-handed while cutting the wires,” the RPF said.
