According to reports, Sher Khan patented the chulha in 2017 after prototypes were tested in homes and dhabas and to date, he has sold over 1000 units.
What makes the chulha special He claims that it is a 3-in-1 chulha that can boil, fry, bake food for 25 people in just 30 minutes. According to him, the top layer bakes rotis, pizzas, or bread. The middle portion is meant for frying veggies or meat and the bottom layer is for steaming idlis and simmering soups and curries. The most interesting thing is that it consumes just 2 kg of firewood versus 10 kg traditionally, with designs lessening smoke release. He also claims that this chulha can prepare any dish ranging from Indian regional dishes to exotic international meals.
