Even so, Bharath has continued to act in films and remains active in the industry. His recent movie release is ‘Once Upon a Time in Madras’ which was released in 2024. The star has many films in the pipeline which are supposed to release in the near future.

Actor warns youth about health risks

Speaking honestly about the experience, Bharath explained that maintaining such a body requires intense discipline and sacrifices. As per Nakkheeran, he warned youngsters not to blindly attempt such transformations. According to him, building and maintaining a six-pack like the one he had in ‘555’ can have negative effects on health. The actor said it can put pressure on the body and even affect internal organs. Bharath added that if young people want to try it, they should do it only once and not attempt to maintain such extreme fitness for a long time, as it may not be healthy.

He revealed that such a diet caused several changes in his body. Hormonal changes were common, and he often felt tired and irritated. The actor said he experienced frequent anger, fatigue, and loss of appetite during that period. Through his experience, Bharath said he wanted young people to understand the realities behind extreme fitness transformations seen in films.
