Yami Gautam to make a cameo in a hospital setting

Speculations around ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’
Meanwhile, an earlier report by MensXP stated that Yami might reprise her role from Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’. In the film, she had played the character of an intelligence officer working closely with the armed forces. However, the makers have kept everything under wraps. Several other reports suggested that even Vicky Kaushal’s Major Vihaan Shergill might have a cameo in ‘Dhurandhar 2’. The speculations started after the post-credit scene of ‘Dhurandhar’ revealed that Ranveer’s Hamza is a character named Jaskirat Singh Rangi. And in ‘Uri’, Kriti Kulhari’s character had revealed that her husband with the same name had been martyred. In January this year, a Mid-Day report stated that Vicky had already shot for his part. As per the report, “Aditya has been tight-lipped about the star power he is adding to ‘Dhurandhar 2’. The director, who plans to build the ‘Dhurandhar’ universe, has smartly woven in a track from ‘Uri’ despite the difference in the two stories’ timelines.”However, a Bollywood Hungama report rubbished the claims of Vicky being a part of ‘Dhurandhar 2’.
