Tech Mahindra closed FY26 with higher earnings and revenue, as the IT services firm reported a net profit of Rs 4,810.9 crore for the year, marking a rise of 13.15% taking the total to Rs 15,076 crore. The company’s revenue increased 7.2% year-on-year to Rs 56,815.4 crore.Compared with the previous quarter, revenue was higher by 5%, while EBIT grew 10.2% to Rs 2,084 crore. The company exceeded analysts’ expectations, lifted by momentum in its communications and manufacturing verticals, according to Reuters.The IT services firm posted a rise of 16% year-on-year to Rs 1,354 crore in its consolidated net profit, for the quarter that ended in March. The board has cleared a final dividend of Rs 36 per share for FY26. ET quoted the firm’s chief financial officer Rohit Anand as saying that the company continued to follow a disciplined approach to capital allocation and lifted its total dividend for the year by more than 13% to Rs 51 per share, the highest it has declared so far.According to the management, the financial year marked the conclusion of a stabilisation phase, with margins improving for the tenth straight quarter despite a challenging macro environment.The company is also advancing its shift towards an artificial intelligence-driven model. CEO Mohit Joshi said, “We are accelerating our transition to an AI-led organisation, embedding AI across services and expanding our capabilities to enhance value delivery for our clients. This is reflected in our highest deal wins in recent years, including consecutive quarters exceeding $1 billion. We remain focused on scaling with discipline and are on track to deliver our FY27 commitments.”
