Hyderabad: AM Group’s AM Intelligence Labs (AMI Labs) has entered into a strategic technology partnership with former Intel senior executive Raja Koduri’s GPU architecture and AI technology company QXMIQ Labs for data center and system infrastructure advisory for its upcoming 2 GW AI Compute capacity by 2030.OXMIQ Labs will help AMI Labs design and scale a renewable-powered AI compute platform in India, including an initial 1GW compute hub in Uttar Pradesh that was announced recently. AMG has been set up by the promoters of renewable energy player Greenko Group.AM Group said Phase 1 of the Noida Compute Hub is already under development, with the first compute capacity expected online by the end of 2027. AMI Labs’ offerings are expected to range from AI Pods-as-a-Service to Tokens-as-a-Service.OXMIQ will advise AMG on system architecture, hardware planning, infrastructure design and supply chain strategy. The companies said the platform will be built as a vertically integrated system, combining renewable power generation, data center infrastructure, accelerators, software and AI service models.AM Group chairman Anil Chalamalasetty said OXMIQ brings “some of the deepest hardware and systems expertise in the industry” and will help AMI Labs build infrastructure capable of competing globally.OXMIQ Labs founder & CEO Raja Koduri said AMI Labs was addressing one of the biggest constraints in AI infrastructure by securing reliable, carbon-free power at scale.
